IT Sales Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Sales Manager to lead and grow an IT Infrastructure and Enterprise Solutions portfolio. This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional with a strong background in solution-based selling across infrastructure technologies, including servers, storage, networking, virtualization, cloud, security, collaboration, Wi-Fi, and data center solutions.

The successful candidate will typically come from an IT Sales, IT Consulting, or System Integration background and will be comfortable operating in a new business–focused (hunter) role, while collaborating closely with internal teams and partners to deliver end-to-end solutions to Enterprise, MNC, Mid-Market, and Commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across IT infrastructure and enterprise technology solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive account growth and long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with pre-sales, solution architects, and technical teams to design tailored solutions and proposals.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle, including prospecting, solution positioning, RFPs, negotiations, and deal closure.
• Develop account plans, sales forecasts, and go-to-market strategies for key verticals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience within IT Sales, IT Consulting, System Integration, or Technology Solutions environments.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience at a system integrator, IT consultancy, distributor, or technology solutions provider.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure projects and RFP-driven sales covering servers, storage, networking, virtualization, and data Centre solutions.
