Job Descriptions：

• Lead a cross-functional team to deliver POS projects efficiently, maintaining high standards and timely outcomes.

• Gather feedback from clients and end-users to guide system improvements and enhance usability, performance, and reliability.

• Translate product strategy and market requirements into technical solutions that drive adoption and competitiveness.

• Plan and manage system updates and feature releases, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business needs.

• Support ongoing product development to drive user growth, improve market performance, and achieve business objectives

Job Requirements：

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or other related fields.

• Proven experience in POS system development, deployment, optimisation, and maintenance.

• Experience in POS, retail, F&B, or payment industries, with hands-on knowledge of product rollout.

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results.

• Self-motivated, outcome-focused, and able to thrive under pressure, with a clear focus on business impact and user value.
