Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a specialized technical support team to deliver effective IT infrastructure solutions aligned with business goals
• Direct the planning, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT infrastructure systems to optimize operational efficiency
• Supervise and coordinate professional development and training programs to enhance team technical capabilities
• Manage departmental budgets to optimize technical performance and economic outcomes
• Collaborate with global service managers to implement international infrastructure strategies that support business growth
• Partner with business units to prioritize projects based on resource availability and strategic impact
• Oversee data backup strategies to ensure data integrity and business continuity
• Manage project execution for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives

Required competencies and certifications

• Technical proficiency in operating systems including LINUX and Windows to support infrastructure management
• Foundational knowledge of network protocols, database management, and storage solutions to maintain system reliability

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical discipline
• Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in IT infrastructure management
