Technical Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Technical Operations Coordinator to support daily operational and technical activities within the organization. The successful candidate will coordinate between operations, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth execution of projects, maintenance activities, and operational processes.

KeyResponsibilities not limited to

• Coordinate and support daily technical and operational activities.
• Liaise with internal departments, clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of work.
• Prepare and maintain operational records, reports, schedules, and technical documentation.
• Monitor project timelines, work progress, and service delivery performance.
• Coordinate manpower deployment, site arrangements, and equipment scheduling.
• Assist in troubleshooting operational issues and follow up on corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Support procurement and inventory coordination for technical materials and equipment.
• Track maintenance schedules, service reports, and operational KPIs.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the operations and technical teams.

Requirements

• Minimum ‘O’ Level with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in operations coordination or technical support.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of technical operations, maintenance coordination, or project support will be an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Must be able to work in a male-working environment.
