Regional Head of Finance - Business Partner | FP&A

Responsibilities

• Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance across APAC, ensuring accuracy and alignment with contractual and governance requirements
• Drive business partnering with operations leaders to improve financial performance, cost control, and decision-making
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning, including risk identification and performance tracking
• Manage client-facing financial reporting, including monthly reviews, forecasts, and KPI performance
• Ensure contract compliance, audit readiness, and adherence to financial governance standards
• Develop financial insights, reporting tools, and performance dashboards to support business outcomes
• Lead and develop the regional finance team, driving capability building and performance standards
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, commercial, and regional stakeholders to support growth and operational efficiency

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent)
• At least 8–12 years of experience in finance leadership, including FP&A, reporting, and business partnering
• Strong experience working with operational stakeholders in a commercial or service-driven environment
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and operate in a fast-paced, regional setup
