Assistant IT Manager (Construction)

Responsibilities:

• Oversee company-wide IT infrastructure and ensure seamless site connectivity.
• Lead deployment of cutting-edge construction systems (BIM, VDC, cloud collaboration tools).
• Support digital integration between on-site tools and corporate systems (ERP, HRMS, IFCA).
• Strengthen our cybersecurity posture and data protection practices.
• Manage IT vendors, budgets, and system performance.
• Champion new technologies that drive operational excellence and project efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or related discipline.
• Preferable 5+ years of IT management or infrastructure experience.
• Strong technical background in networking, virtualization, and cybersecurity.
• A passion for leveraging technology to transform the construction industry.
