Senior Software Engineer

Job Description

Nature of Service:
• Take full ownership of end-to-end application development, integrating frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure for TGS project deliverables.
• Design, develop, and maintain responsive, accessible, and performant web applications using modern frontend architectures with focus on reusability, scalability, and security.
• Develop high-performance backend services and APIs ensuring reliability, security, and observability standards.
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive automated test coverage and proactively address bugs and defects.
• Optimize CI/CD deployment strategies and work with DevOps teams to automate infrastructure provisioning, monitoring, and cloud deployments.
• Implement full-stack security best practices including authentication, authorization, API security, and continuously evaluate emerging technologies to improve application performance.

Required Role’s Competencies, Skills & Knowledge:
• Strong knowledge in frontend and backend development technologies.
• Experience in API development, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with security best practices, automation testing, and scalable application architecture.
• Good problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and teamwork skills.

Relevant Credentials &Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field from a recognized university.
• Relevant certifications in Cloud, DevOps, Full Stack Development, or Software Engineering will be an added advantage.

Experience Requirement:
• More than 5 years of relevant experience as a Software Engineer / Full Stack Developer in end-to-end application development, including frontend, backend, APIs, cloud infrastructure, and CI/CD deployment.
