Role 

As a Full-Stack Software Developer, you will work closely with our Development Team to build and maintain our blockchain-based financial platform. You will contribute to the development of backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and cloud-based systems that support regulated digital asset products. 

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building products in fast-moving startup environments and is interested in learning more about Web3 infrastructure and regulated fintech systems. You will have the opportunity to work on production-grade applications used by institutional investors while gaining exposure to modern cloud and blockchain technologies. 

We are looking for someone who is hands-on, curious, adaptable, and excited to solve technical challenges across backend systems, frontend applications, and cloud infrastructure. 

Responsibilities 

Backend and Platform Development 

• Develop and maintain backend services using Node.js, Python, or Go 

• Build and maintain APIs and backend integrations for digital asset applications 

• Support integrations with blockchain networks and smart contracts 

• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB 

• Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues across backend systems 

Frontend Development 

• Develop and maintain frontend applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, or AngularJS 

• Collaborate with product and design teams to deliver secure, intuitive, and responsive user interfaces 

• Support improvements to application usability and performance 

Cloud and Infrastructure 

• Deploy and maintain applications on AWS, Azure, or GCP environments 

• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows 

• Work within Linux-based development and production environments 

• Use Git-based version control workflows in collaborative engineering teams 

Software Engineering Practices 

• Participate in Agile / Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and code reviews 

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code 

• Collaborate closely with engineers across frontend, backend, and infrastructure functions 

• Continuously learn and contribute to improving engineering practices and system reliability 

Requirements 

• 0–2 years of experience in full-stack software development 

• Experience building backend applications using Node.js, Python, or Go 

• Experience developing frontend applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NestJS, or AngularJS 

• Familiarity with REST APIs and modern web application architecture 

• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP 

• Familiarity with Linux environments and Git-based workflows 

• Experience working with relational or NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB 

• Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new technologies 

• Comfortable working in a startup or fast-paced environment
