Job Description Job title -Marketing Specialist, Australia, New Zealand & South East Asia Department -Marketing Location Singapore Job Summary This role supports the growth of the MillerKnoll collective of brands across Australia, New Zealand, and South East Asia by executing regional 360-degree marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and engagement within key markets. The Marketing Specialist acts as a regional executor, coordinating marketing activities, adapting global campaigns, and ensuring on-brand, locally relevant implementation. The position requires a balance of creativity, organisation, and cross-cultural communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across time zones. Specific Responsibilities Marketing Planning & Execution • Under the guidance of the Senior Marketing Manager assist in the development and implementation of 360-degree regional marketing plans, ensuring it aligns with the overall commercial strategy across ANZ and SEA markets. • Take ownership of selected campaigns and initiatives across the ANZ and SEA regions, ensuring timely delivery and market relevance. • Help maintain the marketing calendar and budget, ensuring all activities are tracked and on schedule. • Coordinate marketing briefs and task allocation for regional campaigns and ad hoc projects. • Partner with Market Managers and dealer marketing teams to identify activation, sponsorship, and event opportunities. Campaign & Event Support • Execute key campaigns across ANZ and SEA, supporting local rollouts, dealer events, and region-specific activations, aligning with regional priorities and KPIs set by the Senior Marketing Manager. • Provide support for regional events and ensure campaign deliverables meet project timelines. • Liaise with internal and external creative partners, and suppliers as needed. Collaboration & Asset Management • Work with colleagues in the APAC, MEA and Global Marketing teams to adapt and localise global assets for the ANZ and SEA region. • Coordinate translation requirements for campaign and PR materials, ensuring accuracy, tone, and consistency with brand language. • Support the collection and analysis of marketing activity metrics to assess effectiveness and report findings to the Senior Management team. Digital and Social Media Management • Adapt and schedule content for MillerKnoll, Herman Miller, and Knoll channels across ANZ and SEA. • Review the global social media calendar and adjust relevant posts for the ANZ and SEA region. • Ensure regional content aligns with global brand narratives while reflecting local relevance. • Monitor engagement metrics and provide recommendations to optimise future content performance across markets. • Compile monthly social media and digital performance reports. Website & Lead Management • Coordinate homepage updates for ANZ and SEA regional sites. • Assist with the allocation of inbound website leads to the Sales team through Salesforce. • Collect and manage leads from marketing activities, ensuring they are properly reported and tracked. Public Relations & Partnerships • Identify and support regional PR opportunities in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Manager. • Coordinate with local media contacts in ANZ and SEA to maximise earned visibility. • Support the creation of regional case studies, press releases, and feature stories. • Assist with the development of case studies, including data collection and interviews as needed. Sales Support • Provide basic support for ad hoc requests from the sales team and attend meetings to understand how to best assist. Job Holder Requirements Education and experience Essential: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related discipline. • Minimum Five years’ experience in marketing, preferably with exposure to regional or multi-market coordination. • Proven experience coordinating end-to-end marketing campaign execution, from briefing and asset delivery through to reporting and optimisation. • Demonstrated ability to work across cultures and time zones, ideally within Asia Pacific. • Fluent English – written and oral. Preferred: • Experience working within a global organisation within a regional or multi-market structure. • Experience within a premium design, luxury, or architectural brand environment. • Background or demonstrable interest in the design, architecture, or interiors industry. • Proficiency in an additional Asian language such as Thai or Bah...
