Job Description
Executive & Administrative Support
• Provide full-spectrum administrative support to the Chairman.
• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments across time zones.
• Prepare agendas, take meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Communication & Coordination
• Act as a key liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Draft, translate, and proofread correspondence, reports, and presentations in English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Manage phone calls, emails, and business correspondence efficiently.
Operational & Business Support
• Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense claims.
• Support ad-hoc projects, research, and business initiatives as required.
• Assist in basic office management and coordination with vendors or partners.
Requirements & Qualifications
• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 2–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced SME environment.
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion.
