Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales with a strong background in semiconductor equipment, materials, or process technology. This role bridges technical expertise and commercial activities, providing technical solutions to customers while driving sales growth and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage sales activities for semiconductor-related products and solutions.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Understand customer technical requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, technical demonstrations, and customer training.
- Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and sales reports.
- Work closely with engineering and application teams to customize solutions for customer needs.
- Support product qualification, troubleshooting, and after-sales technical support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and technical seminars.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or application support within the semiconductor industry.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor processes (e.g., wafer fabrication, packaging, testing, or equipment).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings, datasheets, and specifications.
- Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with semiconductor tools, OEM equipment, chemicals, wafers, or components.
- Knowledge of cleanroom standards and fab environments.
- CRM system experience and reporting skills.
