Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Sales & Technical Support Executive to join our team. This role combines customer-facing sales responsibilities with basic technical work involving electronic components and computer hardware.
Key Responsibilities
Handle retail and/or online sales, including customer enquiries and product recommendations
Perform ad-hoc operational tasks as assigned
Conduct basic testing of electronic components and devices
Carry out switching, troubleshooting, and minor repairs for laptops and desktop computers
Assist with inventory management and product preparation
Provide basic technical support to customers when required
Requirements
Basic knowledge of computer hardware and electronic components
Hands-on and willing to learn technical troubleshooting and repair skills
Good communication and customer service skills
Responsible, proactive, and able to handle ad-hoc tasks
Prior experience in sales, electronics, or IT repair is an advantage (but not mandatory)
