Finance Officer

The ChartWorld Group is intending to strengthen the Finance Department in Singapore and is looking for a Finance Officer being involved in accounting in Singapore as well as international group accounts. This employment offers opportunities to grow into a global role within the group of companies.

Finance Officer

Your main activities:

· Responsible for accounts payable
· Responsible for accounts receivable
· General Ledger Accounting
· Payroll
· Tax filing
· Responsible for credit collection/ dunning process.
· Liaising with customers and suppliers to align accounts.
· Liaise with offices in Germany, Canada, Japan, and Cyprus for inter-company transactions.
· Assist in monthly and yearly closing of accounts and preparation of financial statements for statutory audit.
· Improving processes and helping develop financial planning and analysis systems infrastructure.

Your profile:

· Experience in accounting and/or auditing is of advantage.
· Bachelor’s degree/diploma holder. Newly graduates welcome to apply.
· Ability to work with complex data and identify key issues.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Strong in communication, ability to communicate across cultures.
· Highly motivated.
· Solution and team oriented.
· Safe handling of MS Office.
· Excellent English language skills spoken and in written.
