Job Description
Responsibilities
• Work alongside the existing IB team in Singapore and colleagues in China (including HK), other Southeast Asian countries and internationally.
• This role has a focus on M&A, advisory on strategic investments and private fund-raising/financial sponsor coverage across the Southeast Asia region, relevant past experience is highly desired.
• Maintain frequent coverage on financial sponsors, local corporates to discover, incubate and execute relevant transactions.
• Support and participate in new business originations.
• Lead junior bankers in transaction executions and facilitate efficient collaborations with relevant colleagues in different international offices.
• Prepare and deliver client presentations.
• Direct key aspects of business and financial due diligence, as well as drafting of marketing materials.
• Review and negotiate transaction documentation.
Qualifications
• Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
• Bachelor’s degree or above.
• Desire to work on multiple high-profile transactions and resilience to resolve complicated situations.
• Relevant past experience in M&A, advisory on strategic investments and private fund-raising/financial sponsor coverage across the Southeast Asia region is highly desired.
• Proven track records in executing relevant transactions.
• Existing network and relationship among financial sponsors/local corporates in Southeast Asia.
• Self-motivation, open-minded, passion to work on cross-border transactions and team spirit to work with colleagues around the globe.
