Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Manage technical delivery for application technology refresh projects.
• Coordinate environment setup with infrastructure and cloud engineering teams.
• Work with IT Security on required checks (e.g., VAPT, hardening, monitoring).
• Oversee vendors and ensure technical requirements, deployment, and support are met.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, and provide updates to project leadership.
• Collaborate with interfacing application teams throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years’ experience in IT, including 2–3 years in a similar technical delivery role.
• Knowledge of application infrastructure (servers, networks, databases, OS).
• Experience with Java EE, .NET, middleware, web servers, and SQL.
• Familiarity with PMBOK, SDLC, ITIL/COBIT processes.
• Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are preferred.
