NEW! Product Manager - Loyalty *Payments* (Contract)

Key responsibilities

• Act as a subject matter expert for a digital rewards and loyalty platform across APAC

• Design end-to-end loyalty solutions by deeply understanding client needs and translating them into commercial and technical requirements

• Lead and manage client implementations from initiation through successful delivery

• Collaborate with regional hub teams, market teams, partners, and internal technology teams

• Build a repeatable and scalable delivery approach for customer engagement and loyalty solutions

• Manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and change requests

• Maintain product and project documentation, including FAQs, platform documentation, and API references

• Partner with internal teams to generate performance reporting and insights for clients

• Ensure compliance with quality, security, operational resilience, and non-functional requirements

• Oversee contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and vendor coordination, working closely with Finance and Billing teams

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in solutions delivery, product implementation, or technical project/program management

• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and platform-based solutions

• Experience in loyalty, rewards, payments, fintech, martech, or customer engagement platforms is highly desirable
