Position Summary
The Project Manager serves as the primary point of accountability to designated sector and business partners. This individual is responsible for managing and overseeing application demand, setting standards for the engagement model, and ensuring consistency, adherence, and the measurement of success. The role is integral in governing the Technology Solutions Engagement model both in theory and in practice, and in driving successful partnerships that unlock business value.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the single point of accountability to sector business and business technology partners, representing Technology Services at all organizational levels.
• Manage demand for Technology Services Application capabilities across a wide range, including application development, application maintenance, networking, infrastructure, end user services, information security and risk management (ISRM), privacy, and compliance.
• Work collaboratively with peer Technology Solutions Engagement Strategists and Directors to drive operational metrics, governance, and strategy for Technology Services engagement and partner with Business Technology teams.
• Lead and empower teams to deliver results through collaboration in cross-functional, self-organized structures, fostering clarity of purpose and vision, and pushing decision-making to the lowest appropriate level.
• Ensure Technology Services work products meet stated business needs and achieve desired outcomes, owning intake, roadmap, and quality across sector value streams.
• Communicate the need for change and serve as a point of escalation throughout all stages of the solution lifecycle to optimize value.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Degree in any Technology Field with minimum 7 years of Project Management experience in application and infrastructure
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience leading teams and creating an environment that fosters empowered, accountable, and collaborative results.
• Strong knowledge of Technology Services capabilities, including application development, application maintenance, networking, infrastructure, end user services, ISRM, privacy, and compliance.
• Foundational expertise in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, and Scientific and Digital Health Technologies.
• Experience applying human-centered design principles to deliver fully aligned, context-driven solutions.
• Excellent partnership skills, with success driving alignment and collaboration across functional and sector boundaries.
• Agility in leading through change and influencing decisions within dynamic business environments.
