  • Partner with DevSecOps experts to track DORA metrics and drive continuous improvement.

Budget-Conscious Transformation Planning:

  • Align cloud adoption plans with existing technology refresh budgets or highlight budget requirements with ROI analysis.
  • Perform financial analysis, budget tracking, and investment scenario modelling to support cost-conscious decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage planned refresh cycles to accelerate cloud modernisation.

Technical Project Delivery:

  • Support leadership in framing cloud adoption proposals, investment narratives, and execution progress updates.
  • Represent the project confidently in meetings with senior stakeholders.

Technical Requirements:

  • 8–12 years of experience in technical project/program management within infrastructure, cloud transformation, platform engineering, or enterprise architecture.
  • 5+ years of direct exposure to Cloud, Infrastructure Platform Engineering, Automation, and/or DevSecOps environments.
  • Strong understanding of cloud adoption, migration patterns, infrastructure modernization, and DevSecOps concepts.
  • Ability to engage technically with architects and engineers while translating discussions into business-ready decisions.
  • Experience working across multiple countries, distributed teams, and regional/global governance models.
  • Proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, budget tracking, and investment modeling.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of banking-sector regulatory frameworks and experience embedding controls into technology programs.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills for preparing senior management presentations and executive-level updates.
  • Structured problem-solving and analytical thinking.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to work in multicultural, distributed teams.
