Technical Support Engineer (IoT)

Our Client:

• Up to $4,000, aws and VB
• 5 days work (including Saturday and Sunday), Rotation
• Changi

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries on technical.
• Prepare and manage project documentation (Risk Assessment, Method of Statement, work schedules, Permit to Work, etc.).
• Provide technical support for digital solutions and assist in implementing smart ventilation systems.
• Set up and configure devices connected to cloud platforms via MQTT, ensuring proper on-site integration.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers by delivering reliable technical service and support.
• Support project-related tasks, including site verification, warranty checks, spot measurements, and supervision of digital or retrofit works.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience in HVAC industry, preferably in consultant sales
