Delivery Specialist (Class 3)

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your key responsibilities are but not limited to{{:}} • Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.   • Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is satisfied.   • Assisting with loading and unloading items from vehicles.   • Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from clients   • Adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules   • Abiding by all transportations laws and maintaining a safe driving record   • Preparing reports and other documents relating to deliveries Requirements • Customer facing, friendly and patient personality • Must be able to handle physical work due to job nature • Able to use simple mobile technology • Valid Singapore Class 3 driving license (vehicle provided) Benefits • Annual outpatient benefit (Includes dental and optical benefits) • Able to drive vehicle back home • Birthday leave • Health insurance • Performance bonus
