Network Engineer (Mid-Level)

Responsibilities:

• Plan, deploy, and manage enterprise network infrastructures, including LAN, WLAN, and WAN environments.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices, servers, and supporting software in both on-premises and cloud environments.
• Monitor network availability, performance, and security continuously, ensuring minimal downtime and compliance with standards.
• Implement cloud-based solutions (Azure, AWS) and SD-WAN to support scalable and resilient networks.
• Optimize network operations through automation and performance tracking.
• Establish, enforce, and maintain network and security protocols, including multi-factor authentication (MFA).
• Mentor team members and provide technical guidance on best practices.
• Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and design customized network solutions.
• Prepare detailed project proposals, system designs, and solution recommendations.
• Recommend improvements to network performance, scalability, and capacity based on analytics and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date technical documentation and records.
• Identify opportunities to enhance and commercialize network solutions to drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in an enterprise IT environment.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise networking, cloud platforms, and security best practices.
• Experience working in customer-facing or project-based environments is preferred.
