Job Description

Designation: Senior Systems Support Engineer

Experience: 6+ years

Location: Punggol

Working Days and Time : Mon – Fri & 8:30am – 6:00pm

Job Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience Responsibilities :Perform all responsibilities of Systems Support Engineers and Systems Administration support for the following:

1. Directory Services Management

a. Administer Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, Azure ADB2C, AWS AD, Huawei AD

b. Create/update/deploy GPOs

c. Promote/demote Domain Controllers

d. Conduct AD health monitoring

2. Cloud Administration

a. AWS: EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, IAM, Workspaces, SNS,Certificate Manager, FSx, Storage Gateway

b. Azure: Azure AD / B2C, Azure VMs

c. Huawei Cloud: ECS, ELB, OSS

3. Microsoft 365 Administration

a. Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, Intune, license assignments

4. Backup Systems Management

a. Server, database, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online backups

b. Extend backups to on-prem storage

c. Reporting, troubleshooting, and remediation

5. SCCM and Intune Administration

a. Create/schedule patch deployments and application packages

b. Perform maintenance and fault remediation

6. Systems Monitoring

a. Manage monitored items including metrics and alert thresholds based on requirements

7. Logging & Security Systems

a. Ensure logs are collected and reviewed (i.e. Splunk,etc.)

b. Identify and remediate anomalies

8. Storage & Endpoint Security

a. Manage SAN/Cloud storage

b. Maintain endpoint protection platforms (i.e. Sophos,Trend Micro)

9. Privileged Access Management

a. Configure and maintain PAM system

10. Infrastructure Operations

a. Participate in projects and provide recommendations

b. Conduct regular account and access reviews

c. Ensure compliance with internal policies, guidelines andprocedures

11. Documentation & SOPs

a. Maintain updated documentation, runbooks, inventories

12. Troubleshooting & Escalation

a. Perform end-to-end technical troubleshooting

b. Escalate to vendors (Microsoft, AWS, Huawei, etc.) or toSIT when required

13. Disaster Recovery

a. Participate in DR exercise activities
