ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FINANCE DEPARTMENT)

Roles & Responsibilities :

Manage full set of accounts and oversee the entire range of manufacturing functions, preparing monthly audit schedules , management reporting and ensure timely month-end and year end financial closing.

Oversee all financial operations, AR, AP & GL processes including monitor cash flows and projections.

Oversee quarterly GST submission and timely tax filing to ensure compliance.

Experience in system implementation and recommend process improvements.

Experience in managing banking facilities , such as AR financing and performing trust receipt.

Manage external audit processes, ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal control policies.

Lead and support the finance team junior staffs in executing day-to-day financial operations.

Work closely and support cross-functional team coordination and alignment on finance processes.

Key Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accountancy / finance or ACCA .

Minimum 5 years' experience in maintaining full set of manufacturing accounting or strong knowledge of manufacturing processes

Strong communication skills ; bilingual in English & Mandarin ( need to liaise with chinese-speaking counterparts )

Proficient in MS office & ERP software ( MES, Yonyou, SAP or Oracle )

A self starter who is able to plan, organise and take initiative to meet job objectives and deadlines independently.

Familiar with Singapore accounting regulations and strong in accounting principles knowledge

Significant hands-on experience using ERP and implementation experience preferred.

Fast learner and consistently drive for process improvement.

Possess can-do attitude and able to work in a dynamic start-up environment.
