Chief Financial Officer

Responsibilities:

• Familiar with the accounting, tax planning, financial support, and effective advisory for bulk commodity trade and supply chain;
• Capable of treasury management in overseas and cross-border trade, responsible for the comprehensive management of funds and assets;
• Able to develop funding channels domestically and internationally, with a realistic control over front-office business risks;
• Responsible for the audit work of the entire group;
  Capable of reviewing and analyzing group financial statements.

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in commodity trade.
• A proven track record in the Financial Services sector, having held positions such as CFO, Finance Manager, or Finance Controller, with specific experience in Commodities trading.
• Comprehensive knowledge of corporate financial law and practices related to risk management.
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Substantial exposure to methods involving data analysis and forecasting.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
