Chief Finance Officer

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a trusted strategic partner to the leadership team, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of finance, accounting, compliance, and governance functions.

This role requires a hands-on leader who can operate at both strategic and operational levels—setting financial direction while also ensuring strong day-to-day financial discipline.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Report directly to the Owner and act as the financial gatekeeper across all businesses within the Owner’s portfolio.
• Oversee financial performance, capital utilization, and cash management to ensure sustainable returns and risk control.
• Lead lawful and efficient tax planning for all business units, ensuring full regulatory compliance.
• Review and provide independent financial judgment on major operational and investment decisions.
• Establish financial discipline, governance standards, and performance monitoring across businesses.  
• Support overseas financing and cross-border capital activities as the business expands.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 to 15 years of progressive finance experience, with prior experience as a CFO, Finance Director, or senior finance leader.
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Professional qualification such as CA (Singapore), CPA, ACCA, or equivalent strongly preferred.
• Experience working in founder-led, private, or lean organisations preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience in accounting, reporting, and compliance (not purely advisory).
• Strong knowledge of Singapore accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ability to review and assess commercial contracts and procurement arrangements.
• Comfortable operating in a resource-lean environment while building practical and scalable processes.
