Job Description

• Supervise and manage full spectrum accounting activities to ensure compliance with IFRS and group policies
• Coordinate annual external audits and reviews of financial statements
• Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of intercompany transactions
• Oversee regular account analysis and proper application of POC accounting on ongoing projects
• Prepare and submit monthly/quarterly financial and consolidated reports
• Support budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis activities across APAC entities
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis, policy recommendations and support automation initiatives

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related fields, with at least 8 years of finance experience
• Industry experience across B2B sectors such as industrial or engineering sectors, exposure to POC accounting, milestone revenue and cost recognition
• Ability to work independently, comfortable operating as an individual contributor in a lean environment
• Hands-on, proactive and meticulous, with a strong drive to introduce and strengthen internal controls
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability and results orientation
• Strong business partnering skills with the ability to work within a matrix reporting structure - reporting to Managing Director and Finance Head
