G15 - UX/UI Designer

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, business analysts, and stakeholders to design intuitive and user-centric digital experiences.
• Translate user needs, business goals, and research insights into clear task flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data analysis to validate design decisions and improve user experience.
• Design and deliver responsive, accessible, and scalable interfaces that enhance usability and operational efficiency.
• Facilitate design workshops and co-create solutions with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Rapidly prototype and iterate design solutions to validate concepts and support agile delivery cycles.
• Ensure consistency and reusability across products through design systems and best practices.
• Present design solutions and justify decisions using data, research findings, and usability insights.
• Continuously gather feedback and refine designs to improve user satisfaction and adoption.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience in UX/UI or product design with end-to-end delivery experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.
• Proven experience in user research, usability testing, prototyping, and translating insights into actionable design improvements.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and easy-to-use interfaces.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Experience facilitating design workshops and co-creation sessions.
• Familiarity with design systems and scalable design practices.
• Basic understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to support design feasibility.
• Experience working in data-driven product environments.
