Maintenance Engineer (Equipment / Automation / Mechanical)

Job Description:

1. Equipment Maintenance:

• Perform regular maintenance and calibration of equipment to ensure optimal functionality, particularly for Infineon project requirements.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.

2. Mechanical Troubleshooting:

• Diagnose and resolve mechanical issues promptly to prevent production delays in the Infineon project.
• Use technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools to identify problems.

3. On-Duty Business:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Infineon customers regarding quality issues.
• Ensure timely and effective communication with Infineon customers to address their concerns.
• Document and report on quality incidents, providing detailed analysis and solutions.

4. PLC Skills:

• Utilize PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) skills to program, troubleshoot, and maintain automated systems specific to Infineon project requirements.
• Ensure that PLC systems are functioning correctly and efficiently.
• Provide training and support to team members on PLC operations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience in equipment maintenance and mechanical troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of PLC programming and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel to Infineon customer sites as needed.
