Field Service Engineer - Automation / Machinery (5 days) [SAS]

• Install, maintain, and repair company systems and related production machinery for clients.
• Manage project execution and ensure timely delivery according to client requirements.
• Install and commission new equipment, systems, and software to meet specifications and performance standards.
• Conduct routine maintenance, diagnose faults, and perform repairs or component replacements to minimize downtime.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to meet customer expectations.
• Provide technical support and on-site training to customers on system operation and maintenance.
• Perform local and overseas site visits for installation, service, and repair activities.
• Prepare and maintain detailed service reports, documentation, and technical records.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, engineering, and suppliers—to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Identify and implement improvements in service processes, procedures, and product performance.
