about the job.You will serve as a senior technical lead, architecting a high-performance fleet platform that ensures the safe and reliable operation of diverse robotic systems.

• Architect the end-to-end framework for fleet control, including system abstraction and mission execution logic.

• Establish global technical standards for system security, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

• Design mission primitives such as task decomposition, state machines, and coordinated multi-system scheduling.

• Develop robust adapter patterns to facilitate the rapid onboarding of various hardware platforms and vendors

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams through technical planning and mentorship to ensure high-quality delivery.

skills and experience required.

• Minimum of 8 years in systems architecture for autonomous platforms or large-scale distributed environments.

• Proven track record of shipping production-grade software with clear operational success metrics.

• Strong programming proficiency in languages such as Python, C++, or Java.

• Deep understanding of edge computing, sensor-driven events, and operations within unreliable network constraints.

• Expert knowledge of event-driven systems and observability best practices for mission-critical deployments.
