Job Description
Key responsibilities
- Enforce migration SOPs; validate batch readiness and rollback plans.
- Lead pre/during/post migration technical reviews and approvals.
- Provide real-time escalation support during migration windows.
- Drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions within agreed timelines.
Must-have
- 8+ years in telecom core/voice/network operations or migration delivery.
- Hands-on cutover + rollback experience; strong troubleshooting.
- Experience leading migration teams.
