Project Manager-Network Infrastructure

We are seeking a Network Infrastructure Project Manager to manage and coordinate end-to-end delivery of network and infrastructure projects across enterprise environments. The role is hands-on and execution-focused, covering project planning, vendor coordination, technical teams alignment, and on-site delivery.

This role is ideal for a mid-level project manager with strong infrastructure exposure, especially in networking, data centre, or enterprise IT projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of network infrastructure projects (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, data centre, network refresh, migrations).

• Coordinate with internal engineering teams, system integrators, vendors, and customers to ensure project milestones are met.

• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, RAID logs, and status reports.

• Oversee site readiness, cutover planning, and implementation activities, including after-hours or weekend work when required.

• Track project risks, dependencies, and issues, and proactively drive resolution.

• Manage vendor delivery, quotations, timelines, and service quality.

• Ensure compliance with change management, security, and operational standards.

• Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and escalate issues when necessary.

• Support documentation such as HLD/LLD review, implementation plans, test plans, and handover documents.

Required Skills & Experience

• 5–8 years of experience in IT project coordination or project management.

• Strong exposure to network and infrastructure projects, such as:

  • LAN/WAN

  • Network security (firewalls, VPN)

  • Wireless networks

  • Data centre or network migrations

• Working knowledge of enterprise networking technologies (Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, etc. – hands-on config not required).

• Experience working with system integrators, MSPs, or enterprise IT environments.

• Solid understanding of project management fundamentals (scope, schedule, cost, risk).

• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

• Strong documentation, communication, and coordination skills.

Nice to Have

• PMP, PRINCE2, or ITIL certification.

• Prior experience supporting banking, government, or regulated environments.

• Exposure to ServiceNow, Jira, MS Project, or similar tools.

• Basic understanding of cloud networking or hybrid infrastructure.
