Program Manager - Product Testing/ Ads (US Tech MNC)

The Opportunity

Adecco is partnering with a leading global technology company to search for a Program Manager, Product Immersion & Testing.

Candidates who are immediately available/able to start on short notice will be preferred.

The Talent

• Proficiency in Thai OR Vietnamese (spoken and written) is required (we have 2 headcounts for each language. Native proficiency in either language is required to work with and recruit clients in the respective native countries - Thailand and Vietnam)

• BA/BS degree or above

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience in program/project management, customer service, marketing, UX/user research, operations, or product testing

• Minimum 4+ years’ experience managing, tracking, and measuring digital marketing campaigns

• Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance

• Experience building relationships with cross-functional teams, delivering impact through communication and influence

• Experience implementing processes/programs to improve product or team performance

• Confidence working independently and leading cross-functional teams

• Understanding of product development, market research, and testing principles

• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills

• Experience with internal project management tools and escalation paths

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with A/B testing or other product experimentation

• Comfortable in high-pressure, fast-moving, and ambiguous environments

• Experience contributing at both strategic and operational levels

• Experience supporting diverse communities

• Experience with Meta Ads Manager or similar advertising platforms

The Job

Lead Product Immersion & Testing Initiatives, including recruitment, management, and monitoring of alpha, beta, GA tests and product immersions

Define goals, identify clients, coordinate logistics, and compile key information into briefs for testing and immersion projects

Work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, Engineers, and UX/Research teams to scope test designs, manage logistics, and surface insights to influence product and business outcomes

Translate findings and insights into actionable recommendations for cross-functional teams

Inform, influence, and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and testing quality

Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of projects and successful delivery of results
