System Engineer (Network / Cloud / Cybersecurity) HSW

Responsibilities:

• Execute technical implementation tasks.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Deliver post-deployment support.
• Conduct proactive maintenance and health checks.
• Support client training and handover.
• Collaborate on cross-functional service excellence.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Information Technology
• Technical certifications in networking, cloud, or cybersecurity are a plus
• 1–2 years in technical implementation or support roles preferred
• Have strong network and cyber security in the enterprise and government sectors as well as in local IT market
• Experience in enterprise IT environments or managed services is beneficial
• Good understanding of network monitoring tools and basic cybersecurity concepts
• Able to independently install, test, and troubleshoot hardware/software systems
• Basic command of ticketing tools and SLAs
• Competent in technical documentation and client communication
• Logical problem-solver with a willingness to learn from mistakes
• Required CAT 1 Security Clearance
