Salesforce Business Analyst

Job Description

·      We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong Salesforce expertise to support the analysis, design, and delivery of Salesforce-based solutions. 

·      The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, and end users to ensure business requirements are accurately translated into scalable Salesforce solutions. 

·      The candidate will play a key role across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering through user acceptance testing (UAT), with a strong focus on governance, documentation, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

·       Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational goals 

·      Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions 

·      Document business requirements, functional specifications, and business process flows

·       Collaborate with Salesforce technical teams to ensure accurate solution design and configuration 

·      Support Salesforce solution delivery across various clouds Facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario creation, execution, and defect management 

·      Ensure alignment with project governance, compliance, and public sector standards 

·      Act as a liaison between business users, project managers, and technical teams 

·      Support change management, training, and post-implementation activities as required 

Required Skills & Experience 

·      Hands-on Salesforce project experience Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Business Analyst, Service Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud Consultant, etc.) 

·      Experience with one or more Salesforce Clouds: Service Cloud Marketing Cloud Data Cloud Experience Cloud Strong experience with the Salesforce Lightning Platform, including configuration and customization Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

·       Solid understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum, and project delivery methodologies
