Job Summary

We are seeking a Software Engineer to develop and enhance cloud-based business solutions such as HRMS and ERP systems, contributing to scalable and efficient software products.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver business solutions for cloud-based HRMS and ERP applications using C# programming aligned with Object-Oriented Programming principles
• Design, implement, and optimize SQL Server databases, including Transact SQL (T-SQL), views, stored procedures, and object-relational mapping tools such as Entity Framework
• Architect and develop Service Oriented Architecture components, including Microservices and RESTful Web API services, to support scalable application integration
• Troubleshoot and debug software and hardware issues to ensure system reliability and performance
• Build and maintain web applications using ASP.NET/MVC and JavaScript UI frameworks, preferably React.js or AngularJS, to enhance user experience
• Utilize version control systems such as Git or TFS to manage source code and collaborate effectively within development teams
• Create and modify unit tests to validate software functionality and maintain code quality
• Lead project initiatives by prioritizing tasks, delegating responsibilities, fostering team collaboration, and communicating progress to stakeholders
• Apply knowledge of Postgres, MySQL, and NoSQL databases like MongoDB to support diverse data storage requirements (added advantage)
• Knowledge of using AI for software development
