Finance Executive/ Senior Executive (1 year contract / MNC/ West) AL70

JobResponsibilities:

• Ÿ   Assistsin preparing monthly accurate financial statements and closing activities.
• Ÿ   Assistswith monthly timesheet management and preparation of schedules.
• Ÿ   Analyzingoperational and financial data to build vast databases and prepare reports formanagement.
• Ÿ   Supportingand preparation of regional group reporting, forecasting, and budgeting.
• Ÿ   Developingrevenue, margin, and cost analysis reports using BI tools like Power BI.
• Ÿ   Prepareand assist in cost allocation to regional subsidiaries in accordance withGlobal Cost Sharing Agreement, including monthly cost allocation reporting.
• Ÿ   Supportsand assists the preparation of monthly management review presentation slides.
• Ÿ   Leverageautomation tools (Power Automate) to streamline and improve processes.
• Ÿ   Participateand support in the implementation of new systems e.g., ERP system, ExpensesManagement System.
• Ÿ   Ad-hocduties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Ÿ  Degree in Accounting & Finance
• Ÿ  3-5 years of working experience in accounting.
• Ÿ  Experience and good knowledge in MS Office, Power BI,Power Automate, SAP Hana/ B1
