Location: East, Singapore (Near MRT)
Salary: $10,000 - $16,000 (Commensurate with experience)

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the company’s full spectrum of finance and accounting functions, ensuring timely and accurate preparation of monthly management accounts, financial reports, cash flow statements, and year-enclosing activities.
Manage Singapore statutory reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with local accounting standards, GST regulations, tax submissions, and corporate filing obligations.
Supervise daily finance operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, treasury functions, and reconciliation processes while strengthening internal controls and governance practices.
Coordinate and manage the annual audit process, serving as the main liaison with external auditors, tax agents, and relevant authorities.
Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities by providing meaningful financial analysis and recommendations to management.
Monitor cash management, banking matters, working capital, and foreign currency exposure to support business operations effectively.
Review and enhance finance workflows, policies, and reporting procedures to improve operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Partner closely with management and cross-functional teams to support commercial decisions, business expansion plans, and operational improvements.
Lead and guide the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and staff development.

Requirements

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
Certified accounting qualification such as ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore, or equivalent preferred.
At least 5 years of relevant finance and accounting experience, including managerial exposure within Singapore operations.
Strong understanding of Singapore financial reporting standards, GST, corporate tax, and statutory compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience handling full set of accounts, financial reporting, and audit coordination.
Familiar with finance processes relating to intercompany transactions, regional reporting, or holding company structures will be advantageous.
Proficient in accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Able to work independently in a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
