Senior Test Development Engineer

Position Overview

We are hiring an experienced Senior Test Development Engineer to support quality assurance and system stability across our platform and related systems. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in software testing, automated test development, and system validation, with the ability to continuously improve testing efficiency and product quality in a high-availability, high-concurrency technical environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated testing frameworks, testing tools, and test scripts.
• Perform functional testing, API testing, regression testing, integration testing, and performance testing.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to ensure product quality and stable releases.
• Analyze system issues, identify defects, and drive issue resolution and quality improvements.
• Continuously optimize testing processes to improve automation coverage and testing efficiency.
• Participate in release validation, system monitoring, and production issue troubleshooting.
• Prepare test plans, test reports, and quality analysis documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of quality assurance processes and testing standards.
