Job Description

• Partner closely with internal stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies that optimise cost, quality, and long-term value.
• Develop comprehensive tender documents and specifications that clearly define scope, minimise risk, and safeguard operational continuity.
• Lead commercial negotiations to achieve competitive outcomes while maintaining strong supplier partnerships.
• Manage the full tender lifecycle from planning through award and implementation.
• Oversee post-contract activities in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring smooth execution and issue resolution.
• Monitor supplier performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote sustainable procurement practices aligned with organisational ESG commitments.

The Successful Applicant

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or a related discipline with at least 4 years of relevant procurement or sourcing experience.
• Solid knowledge of engineering category procurement and sourcing strategies, tender processes, contract management, and governance frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, negotiate, and build effective working relationships.
• Energetic, proactive, resourceful, and able to drive initiatives independently while working collaboratively.
• Exposure to e-procurement platforms such as Ariba, Coupa, Oracle, or Zycus is advantageous.
• Professional certification such as CIPS is a plus.
