Cybersecurity Project Manager – Hedge Fund | Singapore - J12719

We are working with a leading buy-side firm looking to hire a Cybersecurity Project Manager to drive enterprise security initiatives across infrastructure, cloud, operations, and governance domains.

This is a hands-on delivery role within a lean, high-performing environment, working closely with security, infrastructure, risk, and business stakeholders across the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of cybersecurity projects across planning, execution, governance, testing, rollout, and operationalisation
• Drive initiatives across SIEM/SOC, IAM/PAM, vulnerability management, DLP, endpoint security, cloud security, and regulatory remediation
• Coordinate delivery across internal technology teams, external vendors, MSSPs, and system integrators
• Manage project governance including timelines, RAID logs, dependencies, steering updates, and executive reporting
• Support change management, user adoption, and embedding of security controls into operational workflows
• Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, compliance, risk, and business functions

Requirements:

• 7-12 years of experience in cybersecurity project or programme delivery
• Strong understanding of enterprise cybersecurity domains including cloud security, IAM, network security, endpoint security, and risk management
• Experience delivering cybersecurity initiatives within financial services, banking, trading, or regulated environments
• Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination experience
• Exposure to frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, CIS, MAS TRM
• Experience with AWS / Azure / GCP environments is beneficial
