DevSecOps Lead (Contract)

Overview
We are looking for a DevSecOps Lead to drive modernization and strengthen our cloud infrastructure. This role combines strategic advisory, technical enablement, and team leadership to ensure secure, scalable, and efficient adoption of DevSecOps practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Advisory: Provide expertise on DevSecOps and cloud infrastructure best practices.
• Discovery & Planning: Assess current setups and design modernization roadmaps.
• Stakeholder Management: Present solutions and communicate business value effectively.
• Team Leadership: Mentor Center of Excellence (CoE) team members and guide cross-departmental adoption of tools.
• Hands-on Enablement: Conduct workshops to implement new tools and practices.
• CI/CD Migration: Transition pipelines from Jenkins to Azure DevOps.
• Operational Independence: Design self-sufficient operational models for departments.
• Infrastructure Assessment: Evaluate Azure infrastructure for security, cost, and performance improvements.
• Shared Assets: Develop reusable CI/CD templates and tools for organization-wide adoption.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Excellent knowledge of Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS)
• 5+ years of experience in Experience with operations, observability, and secure cloud architecture
• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Azure DevOps, Terraform, Kubernetes, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS).
• Operations & Security: Experience in Day-2 operations, observability, and secure cloud architecture.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and presentation skills to influence diverse teams.
