SDLC, Agile Business Analyst– Banking

Role : SDLC, Agile Business Analyst– Banking

Mandatoryis: Hands-on working experience in SDLC + Agile + MS excel (macros) + executive-level decks/PPTs

RequiredQualifications:

• Total 06+ years professional working experience is required
• Minimum 03 years of relevant banking and/or consulting experience
• 03+ years working experience in Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is a must
• Should have Agile working experience which includes Waterfall methodology hands-on
• Must have hands-on experience in creating executive-level decks / PPTs
• Experience in data analysis, excel macros, and doing quick mock-ups in Excel as a data dashboard
• Business domain knowledge in Banking Management and project management fundamentals is an added plus
• Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving and process design skills that can translate analysis into solutions that meet business objectives
• Should be able to work under minimal supervision and not lose sight of overall delivery
• Understanding of technology and operational processes across functions / departments in the bank/market.
• Strategic forward-thinking approach to challenges with outstanding communications, influencing, negotiating and persuasion skills
• Passionate, diligent and resilient individual with ability to thrive in ambiguity
• Experience in scoping and evaluation – Defining overall considerations, including scalability, maintainability, cost, operations and technology principal risk to provide a recommendation
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ business/ finance or equivalent
