Product Designer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Product Designer to join our cross-functional product team and help shape the experience of our SaaS platform. In this role, you’ll work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers to design thoughtful, intuitive solutions for existing features, while continuously improving the overall user experience.

You’ll contribute high-quality Figma designs, help maintain and evolve our design system, and proactively suggest UX improvements based on product context, user needs, and business goals. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys collaborating, refining complex workflows, and elevating product quality over time.

What You’ll Do

• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineers in cross-functional teams to design and iterate on existing product features
• Translate product requirements, workflows, and user needs into clear, usable, and scalable Figma designs
• Design end-to-end user experiences, including:
  - User flows
  - Wireframes
  - High-fidelity UI designs
  - Design specs for engineering handoff
• Maintain and evolve the design library / design system, ensuring consistency across the platform
• Identify UX gaps or inconsistencies and proactively suggest improvements to enhance usability, clarity, and efficiency
• Participate in product discussions, design critiques, and feedback sessions
• Partner with engineering during implementation to ensure design quality and feasibility
• Iterate on designs based on feedback, technical constraints, and evolving product requirements

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or similar role
• Experience designing mobile applications (iOS and/or Android), with a strong understanding of mobile UX patterns
• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Experience designing for SaaS or complex web applications
• Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual hierarchy
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to iterate on designs
• Portfolio demonstrating strong product thinking and design execution

Nice to Have

• Experience working on B2B or healthcare-related products
• Familiarity with design systems or component-based design
• Exposure to usability testing or user research
• Experience working in an agile or fast-paced startup environment
