Product Designer (UI/UX)

Salary: Up to S$6,000/month
Work Hours: Mon–Thu 9:00am–6:30pm, Fri 9:00am–6:00pm

Seeking an experienced Product Designer to join a digital team focused on delivering high-quality web and mobile experiences. This is a 12-month contract role, offering the opportunity to work on impactful digital initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:
- Design visually appealing and functional user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
- Create high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, and design systems that maintain consistency across products.
- Ensure designs are responsive, accessible, and optimized for different devices and platforms.

- Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to understand user needs and behaviours.
- Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, and user flows to inform design decisions and enhance the overall user experience.

- Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices in UX/UI design.
- Ensure all designs comply with accessibility standards and guidelines.

- Work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective design solutions.
- Present design concepts and rationale to cross-functional teams and senior management.
- Participate in design reviews, incorporate feedback, and iterate designs to meet project objectives.

- Collaborate with development teams to ensure design feasibility and proper implementation of UI elements.
- Support the team in documentation, reporting, and other operational tasks as required to ensure smooth project delivery.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of UX/UI design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating design process and outcomes.
- Proficient in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience with user research methodologies, usability testing, and analytics tools.
- Familiarity with Agile development processes and design thinking methodologies.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
