UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities:

• Design intuitive, user-friendly interfaces for employers and contractors.

• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to inform design decisions.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for product features.

• Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to ensure seamless implementation.

• Maintain design consistency across platforms and ensure accessibility standards are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio of web and mobile applications.

• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

• Ability to balance aesthetics with functionality and business requirements.
