UI/UX Designer (HCI)

As a UI/UX Designer, you will shape end-to-end user experiences by uncovering user needs, designing intuitive journeys, and delivering engaging interfaces. Please attach a copy of, or link to your portfolio for this application.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research (interviews, observations, usability testing) to identify insights and pain points
• Translate insights into user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-quality UI designs
• Design intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling digital interfaces
• Facilitate design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and problem-framing activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define problems, co-create solutions, and iterate quickly
• Explore and apply new tools, technologies, and design methods to improve outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience)
• At least 5 years of hands-on UI/UX experience, including user research and UI design
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving skills
• Experience facilitating workshops and working with non-design stakeholders
• Familiarity with Agile environments and iterative product development
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Miro, and user research/testing platforms
• Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (JavaScript is a plus)
• Strong analytical, communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills
• Ownership of complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
