Responsibilities:

Execute project management duties and ensure all key milestones are met within schedule.
Generate master project schedules and monitor project execution milestones.
Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties to implement project works.
Monitor functional responsibilities to ensure project milestones stay on track.
Coordinate and lead Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) with customers and distributors.
Ensure all documentation is agreed upon and endorsed for delivery.
Schedule and coordinate on-site testing and ensure smooth transition to the aftermarket team.
Provide first-level technical support during project execution.
Assist the Industrial Solutions team with project feasibility studies and cost estimation.
Submit monthly reports highlighting key issues or concerns related to project delivery and milestones.
Provide engineering support on third-party products and drawings for submittals.
Participate in continuous improvement projects.
Work with interplant associates on deliveries, factory tests, and project documentation.
Update project status in weekly project meetings with scheduler, customer service, and production teams.
Attend weekly site meetings with main contractors and consultants as required.
Manage on-site installation work and ensure completion within stipulated timelines.
Coordinate with subcontractors on site installations, drawings, and material submittals.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of relevant project management experience in an equipment manufacturing environment.
Experience with generators, transformers, switchgears, and UPS systems.
Able to read and interpret M&E drawings.
Familiar with generators, controls, associated equipment, and relevant standards/codes.
Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
