Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to overseefinance operations for the Singapore entity and to support group-levelfinancial reporting, compliance, and business decision-making.

This role requires a hands-on finance professional who iscomfortable managing day-to-day accounting operations while working closelywith cross-border teams in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Accounting & Reporting

- Manage full-set accounting for the Singapore and otherentity, including month-end and year-end close

- Prepare monthly management accounts and support groupconsolidation

- Ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance withgroup accounting policies and applicable standards

- Maintain and operate the NetSuite ERP system, includingmonth-end close, reporting, and reconciliations

- Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents, andprofessional advisors

Budgeting & Management Reporting

- Support annual budgeting and periodic forecastingprocesses

- Monitor budget versus actual performance and preparevariance analysis

- Provide ad-hoc financial and operational analysis tosupport management decision-making

Tax & Statutory Compliance (Singapore)

- Handle Singapore corporate income tax, GST, and statutoryfilings

- Liaise with local tax agents and ensure timely andaccurate submissions

- Ensure compliance with ACRA, IRAS, and other localregulatory requirements

Cross-border & Group Support

- Support intercompany transactions, reconciliations, anddocumentation across multiple jurisdictions

- Work with overseas finance teams to ensure consistency inaccounting treatment and reporting

- Assist in group restructuring, audit processes, andpotential IPO-related workstreams

Process Improvement & Team Support

- Strengthen internal controls and finance processes as thecompany scales

- Support junior finance staff and contribute to teamcapability development

- Drive continuous improvement in finance systems,workflows, and documentation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• 6–8+ years of relevant experience in finance and accounting.
• Strong hands-on experience in month-end close and financial reporting.
• Practical, hands-on experience using NetSuite ERP.
• Solid understanding of Singapore tax and statutory compliance, including GST and corporate income tax.
• Experience working with external auditors, tax agents, and professional advisors

• Experience in SaaS, technology, fintech, or crypto-related industries
• Exposure to multi-entity and cross-border group structures
• Experience with IPO-related work, audits, or a Big 4 background
• Familiarity with US GAAP and group consolidation concepts
