Architecture Engineer (28 month contract)

Job Description:

· Review architectural drawings for constructability, compliance, and coordination with civil, structural, and MEP disciplines.

· Ensure all architectural works comply with Singapore codes, regulations, and project specifications during the EPC phase.

· Provide technical support to site teams and resolve architectural-related construction issues (e.g., RFI, site queries, NCRs).

· Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders (contractors, consultants, authorities) to ensure smooth project execution.

· Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

· Track engineering progress, update status, and support reporting to the Project Manager and Engineering Manager.

· Participate in mechanical completion, pre-commissioning, and final handover activities related to architectural scope.

Requirements:

1. B.S. or equivalent degree in Architecture from an accredited university with minimum 7 years relevant experience.

2. Must have minimum 3 years in similar role in major LNG & oil/gas projects.

3. Must be fully familiar with Singapore codes & standards to be applied during EPC phase of projects.
